This remarkable thread has pushed my beliefs in the direction that the comet ought to lose its tail and zoom over to a different part of meme-space.

    Here is a new visualisation:

    Movement X

Self-identified “Reactionary” blogs: with not an iota of offence intended, do not link here in future. You are all going on LeechBlock. If this blog is a hobby, I do not wish to be poisoned by radioactive bad vibes. If it is a tad more than a hobby, I’d like to experiment with alternative memeplexes. The Internet’s spontaneous tendency to conglomerate small, smart communities into big, stupid ones is—when there’s no money in it—a hindrance to them all.

For people who want to expedite good political change, and perhaps eventually acquire status through this, it is only necessary to take up the mantle of these ideas. There are lots of ways in which it could be done, and it will happen at some point. Reddit, OWS, Hacker News, Reaction and Movement X all ought to be given odds.

If one were to pull out all the red flags that people have stuck into the uniquely valuable core of new political science and the Exit-based society of peer-to-peer law, it is quite compatible with modified leftism, libertarianism or…Movement X.

Because Moldbug chose to identify, in his meta-contrarian hipster way, with Right and Reaction, this group has a head start. However, they aren’t going anywhere fast, because leftists are more intelligent and they have won consistently for hundreds of years.

In short, I revoke the ideas herein. It remains to be seen whence and when money and organisation might come, and to whom, but I’m persuaded that Reaction is a bad bet.

It is time to install a thick slab of Schelling-Pb between Suspiria de Profundis  and “Reaction”. Besides, it has always been difficult to spare its soft neck from my fangs.
