CBC.ca is now optimized for iPad

Canadians get seamless online experience using Apple's newest device

To coincide with the Canadian launch of the Apple iPad, we've made several updates to optimize CBC.ca for use on the device. CBC.ca will automatically detect when users are browsing the site using an iPad and, wherever possible, display content formatted for the device, including video news clips at CBCNews.ca.

iPad users can also subscribe to free CBC audio and video podcasts or purchase episodes from their favourite CBC programs from iTunes directly from their iPad.

In the coming days and weeks we will continue to update CBC.ca with more iPad compatible content as part of our commitment to keeping you informed and entertained where ever you go.
