[ - ] WOHM again who's trying to NOT work or get disturbed during 3 precious days of PTO. How do you nicely tell your team that if there is an urgent matter requirement my attention, the only way to reach me is by personal cell (basically, I am not checking my blackberry or e-mail)? 10 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More ]

I think his sister was about the same (hard to remember), and she's now reading good chapter books at 7 (charlottes web, little house). Trying to just trust that he will move very quickly once reading/writing start, but it's so hard when he's already this old. Teacher assures me he's on track. Outside of montessori, this would be really late to be learning letters, right? 11 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More ]

[ - ] Looking at myself naked in the mirror after I showered this morning and didn't like what I saw..my boobs are shaped funny..I am a B cup but one boob is slightly bigger than the other and the nipple looks like its off center. Bra shopping sucks because I am between a B and a C cup on the bigger boob, and underwire bras pinch my ruin cage (even w larger bands). Is it crazy to consider a boob job to remedy this? You just need a better bra. There are places that will make you a custom made one in the city. Much cheaper than a biob job. Every woman has one boob that is bigger than the other. [ Reply | More ]

This. Look up pics online if you want more proof. Many women have asymmetries, yours doesn't warrant a boob job (but if you want one, that's a different issue). Go to a small bra boutique and see if they can help. If not, then look for custom made bras. [ Reply | More ]

Are you married? Ask your DH what he thinks. He probably loves your breasts the way you are. Even if you aren't married, I would think hard about a boob job. [ - ] My 2 1/2 year old hates going to daycare so much! It's always a battle in the morning, and I realized a couple of days ago, why. My son is very attached to his blankey and the daycare owner has been telling him to put it away as soon as he walks into the door. Then she doesn't let him have it when he wants it. It really pisses me off that she takes away his security from him when he's away from his family. Our family aren't even thinking of taking it away from him, and I don't know when she thought it would be a good idea to start taking it away from him. I will be talking to her about it today. Because it is probably a rule that all at home things are put away. It is smart in my opinion. Would he want to share the blanket? Probably not so it should not be brought into the classroom. At 2 1/2 he should not have it all over town anyway. Plus do you know how gross for him to drag it all over daycare, through the streets of NYC ( or wherever you live) and then put it in his bed and snuggle with it all night. [ Reply | More ]
