MAIN EVENT PLAY-BY-PLAY

Antoine Pinto vs. Tu Warren

Round 1: Warren comes out looking to throw big power shots, but is met with little success. Pinto avoids all the heavy blows and lands a bevy of middle kicks, teeps, and elbows. Warren is holding his own in the clinch, but is getting clearly outpointed everywhere else. 10-9 Pinto

Round 2: Pinto is putting on a demonstratiobn of why a puncher won’t do well in Muay Thai. Evbery time Warren throws a shot, Pinto sways out of the way and lands a kick. Warren refuses to kick, and may have landed one or shots the whole round. Easy 10-9 for Pinto

Round 3: More of the same here. Kick, kick, kick, clinch, knee, sweep from the older Pinto brother. Tu Warren isn’t landing much of anything, but good on him for not giving up and staying in the fight to the very end. Easy victory for Pinto though. 10-9

Result: Antoine Pinto def. Tu Warren by Decision

Yodsanklai Fairtex vs. Kazbek Zubayraer

Round 1: Not a bad round for Kazbek, getting pushed back and smashed with kicks to the arms, but other wise not bad. Lands a solid lowkick headkick combo and a nice sweep. Yod starts to take over near the end of the round, landing some punching combinations and opening up. Yod will look to get serious in the next round for sure..

Kazbeck seems to be injured between rounds, looks like a kick from Yod hurt hisleg. Very anti-climatic ending.

Result: Yodsanklai wins by TKO (injury) in Round 1

Saiyok Pumpanmuang vs. Michael Piscitello

Round 1: Saiyok and Piscitello exhcange kicks, with the Thai getting the better of the combinations only slightly,. Near the end of the round the French fighter lands a very nice throw and solid elbow, but Saiyok responds with a few of his own and starts turning up the pressure. I’ve got it even after 1. 10-10 draw

Round 2: Piscitello getting pushed back from the opening round, Saiyok landing solid shots, turning up the pressure. Saiyok lands a knee and it looks like Michael is winded. They’re exchanging elbows now. Saiyok presses Piscitello to the ropes, lands a quick shot up the middle and the french fighter goes down for an 8 count. He makes it, but is on wobbly legs. Saiyok lands another solid elbow and Piscitello is down for good.

Result: Saiyok def. Piscitello by KO in Round 2
