Phone home is a great track. I'm stoked as hell because I'm going to see them in concert with Norma Jean and Cattle Decapitation at the Summer Slaughter Tour this august. I can't fucking wait.

new Dillenger is quite interesting. I.haven't listened to muxh Converge, but surpassing the aesthetics of The Way Of All Flesh by Gojira is definitly no trite task

Ire Works is such a good album to listen to in it's entirety, which is probably why I have such a soft spot for it. I guess I love albums that are fantastic throughout and seem to get better with each listen. Every Dillinger album seems to be special in it's own way so it's not easy to see any of them as the absolute best. I mean, though it's the same band and all that, I don't feel like all their albums sound the same. I get a different vibe from each album I guess is what I'm trying to say. And yeah, I gotta get around to listening to the rest of TGCD but I think I'll like it or at least I hope I like it because I did enjoy the first half. It'd be a shame if I didn't like the second half.

Oh, yeah. one of Us Is the Killer was great. It sucks that it's not on spotify, so I just bought the cd. It kind of annoys me, because I feel like the only person in the world that prefers Miss Machine over Ire Works. both are great, but Miss Machine was just a teeth-grinder. Outrageously powerful riffs.

I guess I can see that comparison. Like COB without the power metal influence, I suppose.

Yeah, definitely. I wonder what's in store for the future. I'm hungry for new metal or punk releases, there's been a few good ones lately, what with deaf heaven releasing a new album, and some other bands. Word on the street is that deaf heaven and Converge are going to collab.

lol you should start shit on pantera videos they get really butthurt over it. And ok I will heed your warning, if I spelled that right. I don't even know if I'm going, I want to at least talk to him on video and see like if he's tempered or some shit. Also, say dimebag copied A7X

Definitely. But I won't lie when I say that I feel bad for Aaron Dalbec, that guy that was booted from the band. he went on to form that band, Bane, which is like some Straight Edge band. They aren't as successful. Ah, well. How do you feel about their latest record, all we love we leave behind? Some of the tracks surprised me, but overall, I thought it was still kick-ass.

yeah, but you're black/asian, and he's white lol. I wasn't even really taking him seriously until we spoke, but he's kind of bubbly so might as well. I mean I'm not going to invite him to my house, if I do, a really public place. LOL people still are going on with pierce the veil and andy biersack? That's your best troll ever

How did she even know your username? I thought you deleted your youtube? Also, he's kind of little, shorter than average and slender. So if he tried to kill me I'm sure I could kick his ass lol. Thanks for telling her.

omg i deleted the account lol. I have a new one :s Tell her I'll give you the username to give her next time I get on. Me and brandon are arch nemesis's, whenever I talked to him he would ignore me, which pisses me off, then lie and say he wasn't. I mean if you're busy just say it, don't tell me to hang on and let me sit there for your reply. Also yeah I've been talking to someone on a different web cite for like 2 months and we video chatted and he's actually ok looking so I'm considering, but I think he's like 28? Where the fuck did gwen come from?

Its funny because I remember as far back as middle school that one of my best friends kept harassing me to listen to them. I never did, but I would end up getting into 80's hardcore in my freshman year. In my sophomore year of high school I started getting really into Thrash Metalvand Death Metal, stuff like that. Then in my senior year, towards the end of it, one of my old girlfriend(some straight edge chick) showed me them on her iPod, and I listened to The Saddest Day. I fell in love instantly. I've noticed that after When Forever Comes Crashing, their sound evolved. I think it was less of a pure Hardcore influence. Converge has really come a long way, and it's really amazing to see how their sound has changed since the early 90's.
