“Boxes and bags are from HB Photo Packaging. Love them! And the elastic bows are life-savers! I work from the same premise as the ‘little black dress’ these boxes can be dressed up – or are classic left plain! Stickers are from Zazzle – I always order x-large and small and I use them EVERYWHERE. Envelopes are from Staples – great for cds – they look just like a shutter! I include gum balls with each order as a thank you. (I’m a bubble gum addict!) You can find any color at Party City or Amazon.

I am always on the look out for ‘company colors’ and pick up and containers/wrapping paper where I find it – found several of the green tubes and use them for gift certificates and auction donations. (They are attention grabbers for sure!)

Our company provides portrait sessions that are ‘creative, relaxed (and FUN!)’ and I think our packaging really reflects this!”

Christmas break is finally here and we’ve had a wonderful long weekend spending time with our boys. We’ve had family movie nights, made gingerbread men, and we’re currently in the middle of assembling our first gingerbread house. While the icing dries, I wanted to come over and update Paperie right quick.

“We include custom printed DVD in a hemp Loktah sleeve, a couple of our fave Fuji matte 5×7 prints wraped in hemp cord and with a little paper bird, chocolate ginger bread hearts in a tiny canvas bag with our logo stamped on it, a thank you card that’s printed on eco paper from ProDPI, an unfinished memory box hand painted to look like old barn-wood with a custom photo transfer made by aga and filled with moss from Michael’s, a hand stamped burned edge heart, hand made silk flowers, then wrapped in brown paper and natural hemp cord.” -AGAiMAGES

“I have been working on the perfect packaging for awhile and finally decided I wanted to keep things as local as possible. My packaging includes Kraft paper boxes, sleeves and bags, a modern turquoise ribbon & a vintage white lace ribbon with a white poinsettia. I also incorporate my custom rubber stamps and embossed them on my packaging.

I decided to create a small spinoff when it came to my holiday packaging but also wanted something simple that everyone could enjoy. So I added 2 simple white poinsettia flower & silver tissue paper. Nothing better then a sweet white flower for the holiday!”

It can be your everyday packaging, something special for Christmas, or both! Your three photos can be of totally different packaging if you have separate for different session types (baby, seniors, weddings, etc.) or use a different packaging scheme for the holidays. Or you can do pull-back shots and zooms of the same packaging. It’s up to you! Vendor / assembly information on how you achieved “your look” is optional – you can include as much, or as little, information as you are comfortable with – some choose to share where they purchased the individual pieces but it is not required.




So grab your point-and-shoot while packing up those holiday orders and send us a pic, or three…
