Ravalli County Montana Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey has been charged with crimes by Bill Windsor.
Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey is corrupt, and he’s a criminal.
On August 9, 2013, Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey assaulted me in the lobby of the Ravalli County Courthouse…TWICE. Then he tried to have me arrested for disturbing the peace and contempt of court for minding my own business in the public lobby of the public courthouse.
This miserable excuse for a human being came at me like he wanted to kill me.
If Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey is not a significant player in corruption in Ravalli County, I’ll eat my bulletproof vest.
Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey of Ravalli County Montana issued a totally bogus order in denying my petition for a protective order against Sean Boushie. When I returned to file an Amended Petition, he refused to allow it to be filed and said I could never file anything in his court ever again as he threw my filing at me. There was no basis whatsoever for that except to cover up the crimes of Sean Boushie, and his assault was criminal.
When I filed an appeal with the Clerk, she gave it to Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey. The next thing I knew, he again charged into the lobby like he was going to kill me, wadded up my appeal, and threw it at me. Second assault. Then he ordered me out of the courthouse and said he would have me arrested for disturbing the peace if I didn’t leave in five seconds. He did a countdown 5-4-3-2-1, and his clerks began calling the sheriff’s department. Then he said he was going to hold me in contempt of court (even though I had never even seen his courtroom or him except when he was assaulting me). He was the one who disturbed the peace, and he violated my civil rights, and more.
This jerk was elected unopposed. We need to educate the people of Ravalli County about this loose cannon they have who could not possibly be honest in his court rulings. Anyone who would do what this man did to me could do anything to anyone…and probably has.
Now if Jim Bailey was a smart judge, he would know better than to assault people carrying cameras who make movies. I’m a member of the press, and there was no sign saying photos or videos could not be made in the public areas of the Justice Court. And I have video. The Sheriff’s Department asked me to email it to them and delete it, but I’m not going to do that. I’m going to send my copy of the video to a nice safe place. Then after Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey lies under oath about what happened, I will unleash the video.
I filed criminal charges against Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey. Let’s see how quickly the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Department arrests him. I won’t be holding my breath, but the Sheriff told me that he runs a Constitutional office. Okay, here’s a great opportunity for his department to prove it.
