Please note, all customer service queries are forwarded to our customer service officer and logged in to our customer service database. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and commit to responding within 28 days; however you will often find that your response arrives ahead of this date.

Charity and Donations:

West Ham United's two chosen club charities are the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK and the Richard House Children's Hospice. If you would like to request memorabilia for good causes or charitable donations we do ask that you send details of your request in writing to the following address:

To ensure we are helping only genuine causes, the club will only consider requests received on headed charity writing paper or, in the case of individuals, with a covering letter from your chosen charity. Unfortunately the club is unable to sign for any goods which are sent to us.

Please note that requests will not be considered if received by email or fax. West Ham United receives many legitimate requests every day for signed merchandise to help raise funds for charity events.

Please also note no financial contributions will be considered. All letters should be addressed to Donations and the policy of the club is to help local organisations first.
