Edmonton country music fans rub shoulders with the stars at fan fest

Veteran country music star Deric Ruttan took the stage at the Shaw Conference Centre Saturday and led the kind of banter and storytelling that fans in Edmonton for Canadian Country Music Week were craving. Ruttan called the other artists onstage — Dallas Smith, Tim Hicks, and Kira Isabella — gods and angels.
