"the songs have more aggressive stances to what is wrong with the world" Counterpoint: Chuck makes an anti-semitic remark immediately after talking about his car in "Welcome To The Terrordome". There's no moment quite as stupid on It Takes a Nation... It's one of those albums that's so verbose, a lot of what it says is just junk.

NO, this is their best album. We as fans of artists feel we have to rank, and even bash closely contested works of theirs that are very similar in greatness. But, Fear Of A Black Planet has a more fresh sound, the songs have more aggressive stances to what is wrong with the world, and remains The Bomb Squad's best produced album. It Takes A Nation is a classic as well, top 10 or so rap LP's ever, but FOABP is just Insane for words at times.

Best PE album. Easily the zenith of sampling as an art form alongside Paul's Boutique and Endtroducing.
