About Us:
We are a full-service production company, creating turn-key advertising solutions for companies in almost every state and we probably produce more 30-second commercials each year than any other production company in the U.S. We have a phenomenal facility, and unlike many production companies we are expanding--rapidly. What we need:
An experienced 3D animator--but not just any 3D animator. While you will have direction and guidance from our Senior Art Director and Senior Creative Director, you will be largely responsible for your own work. You will not have an army of Art Directors hovering behind your desk, dictating your every mouse click and you will not have exhaustively detailed storyboards used simply to re-create someone else's ideas. If you are someone who has always longed to take control of your creations, to flex your creative muscles, to bring your own creative vision to life--AND you have the tools to do it--then this position is for you. If you are a competent mouse clicker who can work from detailed storyboards, but flounder when left to your own devices, this position is not for you.
Experience level:
Minimum 5 years professional experience in a commercial or broadcast environment. This is not a "learn-on-the-job" position. Although we're always learning and growing ourselves, we are not a school. Your animation toolbox should be wide and very deep.
Essential skills:
Create broadcast quality graphics and animation within tight deadlines, work cooperatively within a fluid and dynamic production environment and do so consistently. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. We value creativity, dedication, passion--and yes, we also value punctuality. We are a tightly-knit group, and while we have a lot of fun, our standards--and the standards of our clients are extremely high. We will accept nothing less than the very best time and budget allows--and will often ask for more.
Find creative and eye-catching solutions to a wide range of projects. This is not a position for someone specialized, no matter how talented or experienced. We handle a broad range of 3D animation so you must be ready for anything. You will work with our Senior Art Director as well as five other highly skilled 3D animators to create anything from eye-catching logo animations, 3D motion graphics to fully animated 3D 30 second commercials.
In short, you must be a Jack-Of-All-Trades--and a master of most.

Requirements
Software:
3D Studio Max or Cinema 4D greatly preferred. Other applications may be accommodated. Must be capable of intermediate to advanced modeling and rigging, UVW mapping/unwrapping, custom material creation, standard lighting/scanline rendering, GI and Mental Ray rendering, Render-Farm-Management, MassFX (or comparable physics engines), Particle Animation as well as general creative animation and fluid and creative camera movement.
Adobe Creative Suite: must have expert Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects skills.
