MISSION:
White Sands Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) supports combat readiness by providing services which are responsive to the needs of the total workforce and emphasizing alcohol and other drug abuse deterrence and prevention through awareness, prevention, education, biochemical testing and direct services for risk reduction, suicide prevention, and screening, short-term counseling and referral services for DA civilian employees and eligible family members for alcohol and other drug abuse, and other personal problems impacting job performance.

Promote a work force free of the effects of drug abuse and misuse of alcohol.
