Jeremy Orlow is now a WebKit reviewer!

Much of this brought it up to date with spec changes, but he also improved it by adding quota support and fixing many bugs. In addition to various rendering and canvas bug fixes, Shinichiro has been a driving force in a large number of tool improvements.
