This novel is set in the same timeframe but in different locales, and with mostly different characters. (There are just a few crossover characters, such as Ken and Terry Layton.) The novel is published by Atria Books, a division of Simon & Schuster. It was first released in hardcover. It will be followed in September 2013 by a trade paperback and a smaller-format mass market paperback. The book reached #4 Amazon.com's rankings. There were 44,000 copies in the first press run.
