Chris Katzenbach has over 30 years experience in employment and labor law and litigation, with the government and in private practice. He served for four years as an attorney with the Appellate Court Branch of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Washington, D.C. As an attorney for the NLRB, he filed briefs and argued on behalf of the NLRB in the United States Court of Appeals throughout the United States. Following his work for the NLRB, his practice and experience has included both traditional labor law and employment law, including employment discrimination and wrongful discharge. He has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University (A.B. 1973) and a law degree from Yale Law School (J.D. 1976). He is a member of the California, New York and Illinois bars. Among the federal courts, he is a member of the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts in California, the Ninth Circuit, and the First, Second, Fourth, Seventh, Tenth, District of Columbia and Federal Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
Conor Mack has been practicing employment and labor law since 2007. He has an undergraduate degree from Colorado College (B.A. 2002), and a law degree from UC Hastings College of (J.D. 2007, cum laude, Order of the Coif, Thurston Society). His practice with Katzenbach Law Offices includes labor and employment law, including Employee Retirement Security Act (ERISA) litigation and employee benefits collection work. Conor has pro bono experience including class action litigation against the San Francisco Superior Court which put an end to its illegal practice of assessing excessive court costs against small claims defendants. He is a member of the California bar.
