Cost in North America is $210/month, except Downtown Toronto which is $239/month or $617/3 months and $1100/6 months Student discount is 20% off any package. For all rates and ways to pay please see the membership tab in membership and pricing.

Lyzabeth Lopez, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the creator of the hourglass workout created varied eating plans for all different body types and food restrictions. All instructors have access to these plans and have been trained in holistic nutrition and are certified to choose and adapt the appropriate eating plan just for you. Therefore each plan is created just for you!

Each class will have access to both an indoor and outdoor location. In colder months the majority of classes will be held indoors. During nicer weather, classes will generally be held outdoors.

Each instructor is a certified personal trainer, certified hourglass workout instructor and maintains there CPR and First Aid at a minimum.

Yes, our instructors are all certified personal trainers in addition to being trained as an hourglass certified instructor. All instructors do have the ability to assist in muscle building as a goal. Be sure to let the instructor know your goals so that they can modify the program for you appropriately.

The program includes unlimited workouts a month at any location. Each location has at a minimum of 3 classes a week and some have up to 5 classes a week offered for times daily. You also get one nutrition night per month (changes from month to month), one customized holistic eating plan. We also have an optional fun night a month that you are welcome to attend (we generally go somewhere fun ie spa, pole dancing, roller skating, etc. and then to a healthy restaurant). Results will vary from person to person. We like to look at the whole person, this class is not just about weight loss or muscle gain although we do have great results in those areas. Aside from your shape changing, other results have included: clear skin, increased energy, heightened mood, reduced or completely cured bloating and gas, a better understanding of your body and how it works, a new appreciation for over-all health and self-love. We are happy to provide modifications to train around any injury. In any class on any day we tend to have a few people with bad knees, hip, shoulder, etc. and we work with those people to ensure that they are getting an amazing workout always! In the summer we do a bit more running so injuries where running is not possible may provide a bit more of a concern (May though September), but we can talk about this one on one if you feel this could be a concern. *Always talk to a doctor before starting any workout program.

The Hourglass Workout is presently in expansion. Right now we have 8 locations in Ontario and will soon also be in Quebec and across Canada. Soon we will also be in the US and Internationally.
