Dennis Allen announced that Terrelle Pryor will start at quarterback on Sunday.
The Raiders head coach said Pryor was symptom free.
"I though I could have played, but the Raiders wanted to be cautious with me," Pryor said. "They were looking out for my best interests and we decided it would be best if I didn't play.
"I'm 100 percent right now. I feel normal."
Pryor was medically cleared to participate in the Raiders Week 4 game against the Redskins, but the team decided to keep him out an additional week for precautionary reasons.
