On 14 September 1949, Mr. EQBNHY T. TANIMURA, Proprietor, Anglo Hotel Apartments, 1550 Fillmore Street, San Francisco, California, stated that he ''has known ROY OLIVER NEELY for approximately three (3) years, during which time MSELY lived at the Anglo Hotel Apartments. NEELY was des- cribed as being a responsible tenant, causing no trouble, and Mr. TANIMURA further stated that as far as he knew, he had no reason to doubt NEELY1 a reliability* 4 On 14 September 1949, Captain HOWARD A.
