Registration for formation of 2014 spring Micro Magic teams is now open.
Registration will remain open until January 15th. A $25.00 late fee will be charged to all registrations received after January 15th.

The fee for the 2014 season for Micro Magic U08 players (dob 8/1/2005 - 7/31/2006) is $125.00. Players will purchase a t-shirt for $10.00 at a later date.
The fee for the 2014 season for Micro Magic players U09-U12 (dob 8/1/2001 - 7/31/2005) is $145.00. Players will purchase a uniform for $45.00 at a later date.
Our registration requires both Online Registration and Paper Documentation. Please read and understand Steps 1 - 5 before registering online.
1. Update or create (if new to the program) your Gotsport profile and and upload a current player picture. Contact the office if you need your username and password for GotSport. Please do not create a new profile if there is an existing one. Click here to create a GotSport profile.
2. Register online. You must print the registration/medical release form and sign before a notary.
3. Print, sign and return 2013-2014 Contract. Click here.
4. Print, sign and return MYSA Parental Concussion Form. Click here.
Documents required in 2, 3 and 4 MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE YOUR PLAYER MAY PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICES AND GAMES.
5. Copy of birth certificate if NEW to club only.
