Bart Bryant Player Profile

Texas native and New Mexico Sate  graduate Bart Bryant joined the PGA Tour in 1986. During his 25 year career, Bryant has  faced many physical adversities such as three elbow surgeries as well as operations on his rotator cuff and knee.

However, Bryant persevered to become a champion on the PGA Tour three times: the 2005 Tour Championship, 2005, Memorial Tournament and the 2004 Valero Texas Open. It was during the 2005 Tour Championship that Bryant defeated runner-up Tiger Woods by 6 strokes. Bart has also won the Florida Open twice once in 1988 and then again in 1994.
