Our research exploits mouse genetics to investigate cell interactions underlying mammalian development and immune recognition. ES cell technology allows us to generate conditional mutations, knock-in alleles, perform cell marking experiments, and manipulate expression levels of key signalling molecules under physiological conditions in vivo.
