The Arts Emergency Service has been founded by artists, activists and academics to create privilege for those without privilege & keep the doors of the university open to all. Working with young people in the borough of Hackney, this launch event brings together in one theatre prominent people from stage, screen, contemporary art and literature, many of whom are supporters and volunteers for our charity themselves.
