Kosha Dillz Recruits his Rapper Friends Gangsta Boo and Murs on “Where My Homies Be” (MP3)

The ubiquitous Kosha Dillz has perhaps one of the most diverse groups of ‘rapper friends’ in quite possibly the history of the genre. To prove this point, the bi-coastal emcee recruits both Gangsta Boo and Murs for the debut leak “Where My Homies Be” off his sophomore solo album Awkward In A Good Way which is set to drop November 5th via Murs 316. Produced by Belief, whose whose composed tracks for the likes of Ghostface Killah, El-P, Talib Kweli, Action Bronson, Kelly Clarkson, Murs and Jean Grae, “Where My Homies Be” packs more ‘bounce to the ounce’ than Zapp & Roger. Kyle Rapps – SUB Mixtape (MP3)

Harlem’s Kyle Rapps released his debut mixtape, “SUB” this week (June 18th). Sponsored by streetbrand Miska and produced entirely by LA’s Belief, “SUB” features appearances by Action Bronson, Murs, MFN eXquire and The Inner City Kids’ Aaron Cohen and Spaceman. Check out the mixtape which the artist describes as “post-apocalypse boom bap shit.”

Kyle Rapps – Watch Out (Video)

Harlem emcee Kyle Rapps is bringing low budget multimedia visuals to a new level of griminess and fun factor. The quirky green screen-meets-photoshop platform portrayed in his videos is both artistic and hilarious, and is a welcomed departure from the fashionista and weedporn swag that the new New York scene is becoming known for. As a result, Rapps has garnered the attention and cosign of some higher profile artists such as Action Bronson, Mr Muthafuckin’ eXquire, and Murs, who are all featured on his mixtape “SUB” which drops this May. Show promoters are also taking note as last month Kyle was tapped by Live Nation to play a Vice Records showcase at Santos Party house with Bodega Bamz, and A$AP Twelvyy.

“Hangin’ Out” with Kosha Dillz and Friends… (Video & MP3)

Journeyman veteran entertainer/rapper Kosha Dillz just dropped the hot and catchy lead single “Hangin’ Out,” along with a wild music video for the same, directed by Ricky Shabazz. From mobbing out in Koreatown to Froyo, Hollywood Blvd. and Jewish delis, the self proclaimed Dillzionaire parades through Los Angeles all while hanging out with a mob of fans, friends and cameos that include Verbs, Boom n Crates, Laker Girls and more. The ode to kicking it comes from his forthcoming untitled record (or possibly series of EPs) that also features tracks with Gangsta Boo, Murs, Big Pooh, Wax and more. Dag Savage (Exile & Johaz) – Twilight (MP3)
