Iran's Rouhani Appoints Female Vice-President in New Cabinet
TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran's President Hassan Rouhani appointed Elham Aminzadeh as his Vice-President for Legal Affairs.

The president said, in a decree, that Aminzadeh's scientific competence and judicial qualifications as well as legislative experience and moral merits were the causes of her appointment as the vice-president for legal affairs.

Rouhani took the oath of office in the Iranian parliament on August 4, one day after being endorsed by Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.
