All lanes of southbound Interstate 95 are now closed in Franconia because of a fuel spill.

Earlier, officials had shutdown three lanes of southbound Interstate 95 at the Springfield interchange Wednesday morning after a morning accident caused fuel from a tractor-trailer to spill onto the roadway.

Another accident on the northbound side of Interstate 95 in the same area, near the Springfield Parkway, is also causing morning delays for commuters.
