You say: He just screams awesome and is nifty in battle as well. Mr. Resettio
Debut appearance: Ruby/Sapphire
A kung fu chicken? What's not to like? Looking at it, it's hard to see that this beast evolved from Torchic and while it may retain the chicken feet, it s legs certainly don't resemble chicken legs. They're powerful enough to help him leap over a skyscraper. He can also flame kick his opponents.
You say: The first fully evolved Pokémon I ever had. Looks immense and can learn blaze kick. Mastearl
Debut appearance: Diamond/Pearl
While it's hard to see the connection between Torchic and Blaziken, it's easy to see the link between Chimchar and Infernape. Infernape just looks like king monkey with its gold chest rings, shoulder pads, knee pads, and wrist bands. It's got more bling than a darts champion. It also knows a special kind of martial arts that utilises all four of its limbs
You say: Infernape. He is such a badass. A master of fighting and a cool looking monkey. Link16
Debut appearance: Red/Blue
In the end it wasn't even a contest as Charizard received more than double the amount of votes as Infernape. It's not hard to see why - not only is Charizard your favourite fire Pokémon but it is probably one of the most popular 'mon of all time. This violent fire dragon is Pokémon FireRed's mascot and it has also appeared on the box of Pokémon Ranger, Pokémon Stadium, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It is also one of three playable Pokémon in Smash Bros. Brawl.
You say: Charizard. I don't care if he gets demolished by Stealth Rock and is therefore pretty much unusable as anything other than a lead, he's still awesome. Metro1d
