On Friday morning, Batkid — a.k.a. Miles Scott, a leukemia patient from Tulelake in far Northern California — was summoned by San Francisco Police Chief Greg Suhr to save the Bay Area from the Riddler and the Penguin. The event was sponsored by the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation.
