Lake City Udaipur is buzzing with activity these days. The entire star cast of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela is shooting for the film.
The lead pair, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are already in Udaipur for the shoot. The film is based on Shakespeare's classic, Romeo and Juliet.
The shoot began on February 4 and will continue for a week. We caught Deepika in action a day ago, when Bhansali was shooting a song sequence at the historic Gangaur Ghat. It included a boat scene, with Deepika crossing the river. Deepika came dressed in jeans, but changed into a costume of ghagra-dupatta and when she finally got ready to shoot, she also sported maang mein sindoor. Deepika had to look grave and sad in the song sequence.
