Day One.
On this day arrive at the airport in Kigali in the afternoon to be picked up by our company representative. You will have lunch in Kigali and then later transfer to Volcanoes National Park which is 2 and half hours away from Kigali. Overnight at Gorilla nest lodge / Kinigi guest house.

Day Two.
Go for briefing at the park head quarters after breakfast. You will then walk go along the forest trails to track for these humble giants. The time you will spend before you encounter these apes is unpredictable. It depends on the movement of the gorillas and ranges between 2-7 hours.  For gorilla trekking you must carry a rain coat, a hat, sun glasses, suncream, and wear hiking shoes and long trousers. After the trek you will be driven back to Kigali. End of tour.
