The Crystal Method ft. Dia Frampton release music video for ‘Over It’

Former Voice alumni, Dia Frampton is back with a new music video for her single, "Over It." Frampton has teamed up with The Crystal Method, an American electronic music duo for this modern, futuristic song.

The video for the song is as unique as the beat of the track. Frampton is in an overly sexual cooking competition, complete with judges and females wearing some skimpy outfits. Frampton, who is dressed conservatively, takes the competition seriously and manages to actually bake something in this competition that constantly heats up as the video progresses.

Even though Frampton gets one of the lower scores in the cooking competition, she gets a high score musically. Frampton stands out with her vocal ability and range. Frampton shined on The Voice with her exceptional voice and honest yet fun personality.

The Voice alumni is another example of how artists can still rise to fame following the competition even if they don’t win it out right. Frampton is pushing her traditional pop sound forward with the help of The Crystal Method and the change is welcomed. It shows that Frampton is embracing a new musical style but still showcasing what she is known for and what fans have come to love, her voice.

She has already released Red her first solo album and with this latest single, fans are already looking forward to her follow-up album.
