Corporate Controller/CFO

Minox Technology AS is a leading player in the global water injection market! Minox Technology AS has its headquarters at Notodden, Norway, with additional offices located in Oslo and Houston. As of January 2013, Minox Technology AS became an independent company, fully owned by Agility Group. The Minox® Deoxygenation Technology is a process, used to remove dissolved oxygen from water. Our Minox® systems are the most compact deoxygenation systems on the market. The process is mainly used as part of water injection systems for increased oil recovery. Our activity is primarily targeted towards international oil companies. At Notodden our core activities are design, engineering, sales and project management, while fabrication is subcontracted and may take place in various regions of the world. 

Minox Technology AS has technology for removal of oxygen from water. The process is mainly used for Increased Oil Recovery (IOR), and our activity is targeted towards international oil companies. At Notodden we do everything from design to start-up and service while construction is executed by our approved yards.



Key responsibilities and tasks:
As a Corporate Controller/CFO in Minox Technology you will have overall responsibility for the corporate economy with support from accounting, as well as full project controlling. The position will also be of strategic nature with close collaboration with the CEO for strategic planning. Furthermore, you will be responsible for budgets, financial management and reporting in accordance with AG's procedures and policies. The position demands proactive work in terms of focus on the economics in addition to business development work in cooperation with CEO and sales/marketing.



Professional qualifications, experience and education:
-BSc or MSc within economics
-5-10 years of relevant experience
-Solid understanding of business plan, P&L; and strategic planning
-Basic understanding of contract management
