On behalf of one of our clients within the Oil and Gas industry, we are looking for a highly skilled consultant for the following position:

Fabrication Yards / Construction Site Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) Lead

Reporting to Contractor’s FPD Coordinator, act as counterpart of the Company Fabrication Yard FPD Lead and act as Contractor representative for all flawless activities in the various fabrication yards. This is a full time role with responsibility for driving and coordinating the Contractor’s FPD activities. Within the overall project framework, key responsibilities include amongst others:
Liaise with Company’s FPD Lead and Fabricator’s FPD Coordinator to ensure FPD activities are implemented according to plan and to ensure on time and effective roll out and execution of Flawless program including the roll out of Flawless to vendors, sub-contractors and inspection contractors and ensure continuity of the Flawless through the fabrication phase
Establish and coordinate a multi discipline Flawless team of Q Captains from Contractor and ensure continuity of Q Captains through the yard fabrication phase. Develop project and phase specific Roles & responsibilities for Contractor Q Captains.
Ensure all Contractor personnel involved in FPD implementation are adequately on- boarded, and continuity is maintained in the case of change of key personnel.
Coordinate Contractor’s FPD activities across all Q- areas (such as scheduling and implementation of Q Rounds, driving Flaw mitigation actions completion etc.) and provide reporting data thereof to the Company’s FPD Lead for all fabrication yards.

The ideal candidate has/ is:

Engineer/ Bachelor degree within Engineering.
Some experience from Quality Management of Oil or Gas onshore Brownfield Projects or large offshore modifications.
Office and Synergi skills
Norwegian and English language skills.
Experienced (10 years+) Project Engineer with proven management skills.
