TAMPA — After four days off the Capitals are back in action against the Lightning and they’ll go right back to rookie netminder Philipp Grubauer (5-2-3, 2.20 goals-against average, .932 save percentage), who will be making his 10th start in 14 games. Tampa, with usual starter Ben Bishop sidelined by a sprained right wrist, turns to Anders Lindback (4-8-1, 3.11 goals-against average, .882 save percentage).
