Gaga was an obvious muse for the collection, as was Grace Jones and her iconic hoods. The show opened with Gaga’s “Burqa” pouring through speakers, and though each model had a some sort of hood or veil, the pieces were far from modest, reports our colleague Katherine Boyle.

Rather, they imbibed the sexuality Versace is known for with the strength of Grace Jones. A powerful way to start the week.
