A new clipper entering the U.S. has resulted in Winter Weather Advisories and Warnings from the Upper Plains, through the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley to the Northeast. Blizzard conditions are possible in portions of North Dakota and Minnesota. Warm weather with enhanced fire weather conditions will continue out west, while air stagnation is a continuing hazard in the Northwest.
