US Aid To Israel Is Illegal According To US Law

Israel-Us-nukesThe 1976 amendment to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 clearly bans U.S. economic/military assistance, and export credits to countries that deliver, receive, acquire, or transfer nuclear enrichment technology when they do not comply with IAEA regulations and inspections. The Glenn Amendment of 1977 also bans aid to countries that import nuclear reprocessing technology. Not only does Israel refuse to comply with IAEA regulations and inspections, but it has actually stolen nuclear technology and equipment from the US. In fact, recently declassified documents implicate current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the theft of US nuclear materials.

The US-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act of 2012 secures further aid to Israel to ensure its military advantage in the region, but in reality, Israel has an enormous nuclear arsenal that could destroy half of the planet. According to United Nations records, and human rights groups, Israel is one of the worst nations on the planet. In reality, Israel is in no danger from its neighbors, but quite the reverse is actually true.

Israel has received 2-5 trillion in illegal direct and indirect foreign aid over the last several decades. Therefore, if you are an American, Israel owes you thousands of dollars. So instead of going to the food stamp line or signing up for unemployment benefits, Americans should walk up to the AIPAC members responsible for this illegal US-Israel aid and demand a refund. In addition, all US law-makers who voted for US Aid to Israel are technically criminals. Essentially, almost every single American politician has taken Israel lobby money in exchange for voting to illegally give Israel money. We should demand the prosecution of these politicians under US law.

By my math, even if your highest figure of 5 trillion is correct, after dividing by the thirty six years between 1977 and by 300 million Americans, each American would only be owed less then $500.

Oh, so only 300 million people gave $500 each to another country. Well that’s fine then, how about everyone give me 1 penny. It’s only a penny right?

My point that the above article greatly exaggerates how much the Israel takes from the U.S. economy. Also, if you only include direct aid, the amount would be even lower.
