How is Barnes a coward? He's a damn death-machine; the only thing that can kill Barnes, is Barnes!

Are you guys serious? Marsellus Wallace didn't throw the guy out the window because of a foot massage, that is the whole point of that perfectly scripted scene in the Jack Rabbit Slims. Seriously, you make a hell of a lot of mistakes, but making one with Pulp Fiction!? Unforgivable.

Dr. Heiter from The Human Centipede is a superb pantomime villain. Part Herbert West, part Herr Flick. Cowardly, creepy and terrifying all at once

It's a list of 100... No use arguing over omittments and place-order especially! Face it, there's just TOO MANY film villians to make a "proper" list, so chill. I could add 100 more villians in no time at all! Ming the Merciless? The Creeper in "Jeepers Creepers"? Toecutter from "Mad Max"? :) It was the Child-Catcher from "Chitty-Chitty Bang Bang" pic that drew my eye to this article. He STILL scares me as an adult! I counted I have 46 dvds out of the 100 listed (not including sequels). Lots of villians to watch!

Would the Joker be at 1 if Heath Ledger hadn't died? I doubt it! Vader belongs in the top spot, as anyone with half a brain knows.

Here's my picks for best villains. 10. Hans Landa from Inglorious b*****ds. The guys charming and ruthless at the same time. Meanest Moment: killing an entire Jewish family. 9. Loki from the Avengers. A villain who's always has a surprise and does it with sheer glee. Meanest Moment: killing Agent Coulson. 8. Bane from the Dark Knight Rises. The ultimate mix of brain and braun, with a bit a terror to add in. Meanest Moment: Breaking Batman's back and forcing him to watch as Gothem burns. 7. King Candy from Wreck-It Ralph. Here's a villain willing to do anything to keep power and uses every twist and turn to do so. Meanest Moment: a cross between tricking Ralph into destroying his friends cart and later forcing him to watch her die. 6. President Snow from the Hunger Games: Catching Fire. A ruthless and uncaring political figure with a cold and conning persona. Meanest Moment: Ordering the death of Katniss's stylist, Chinna. 5. Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter. The dark lord who so determined to have complete power he'll detach himself from humanity. Meanest Moment: killing Cedric. 4. Lotso from Toy Story 3. The evil teddy dear that torturers and kills poor toys with a southern charm, whose backstory makes us sympathize him, and whose actions make us hate him. Meanest Moment: he gets a chance at redemption, but instead a chooses a life of villainy and greed. 3. Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs. He's a cannibal first off, yet his most dangerous weapon is his mind, vastly intelligent, Lecter uses it to control the people around him and break them. Meanest Moment: tricking a man into committing suicide in a violet way, eating his own tongue. 2. Darth Vader from Star Wars. A terrifying and cold figure, Vader commands the scene with zero sympathy and will kill at a moments notice to whom ever fails him. Meanest Moment: cutting off his own sons hand. 1. The Joker from the Dark Knight. As ledger put it, he's a "psychopathic, mass-murdering, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy," true as ever. He doesn't want owner or money, he wants nothing but pure anarchy and sees every moral, everything we have that makes us good people as a bad joke. Meanest Moment: every single thing he's done.
