Cleveland Indians Pitcher is Probably Much Better Than You at Picking an Oscar Ballot
Suffice to say, Cleveland Indians closer John Axford is a movie fan.
Last night before the Academy Awards kicked off its 19-hour broadcast, Axford tweeted out 18 winners in various categories… and he got every. single. one. right.
Axford, who got 14 out of 15 picks right last year, might have a future as an Oscar-picker after he retires (if that was a job, but it’s definitely not. He should just keep playing baseball).
As an encore, he has vowed to pick all 24 categories for next year’s Oscars.
