“street photography satisfies my desire to photograph people, my love for city life and my intrigue into how and where citizens worldwide live, how they go about their daily rituals and how they interact with each other in the public space. i capture a city’s human side and emotional state. it’s a visceral experience and one that i can relate to and express. the street is life.”

Voula’s work has been published in numerous online and print publications and is regularly displayed in exhibits. She is a proud Canadian and Greek citizen who calls Toronto home but her bags are always packed ready to jet. She feels fortunate to be living her dream and strives to inspire others to live theirs.

Boy do boys ever start flirting young in Rome. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining; I am a gemini and flirt is in my DNA. An average day is made magical with some innocent reciprocal flirting.

As we were being seated, I noticed, two tables away, several familiar men conversing over warm beverages. I had captured these men doing much of the same in this picture I shot when at Café de Flore months prior.
