Box Office — 20th Century Fox has given James Mangold’s upcoming WOLVERINE sequel a March 3, 2017 release date. The film, which is being developed by Mangold and longtime X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner, will shoot after the focus is off X-MEN: APOCALYPSE.
The studio has also scheduled a Fox Marvel-related film for July 13, 2018. Might this be for Bryan Singer’s tentative “Marvel mash-up” movie which may or may not feature X-Men joining forces with the Fantastic Four? X-FORCE and DEADPOOL have been development but comic co-creator Rob Liefeld says not likely and GAMBIT is just an idea at this point. Stay tuned.
Fox has scheduled an UNTITLED WOLVERINE film for wide release on March 3, 2017.

Great news… what a way to end a week. I am happy. And considering that the older Hugh Jackman gets, the more he fits this part (let’s be honest he was way too young in X-Men and X2, I cannot wait to see the sequel.
