Victims of Bedroom Tax facing "severe financial hardship and distress" MPs warn

The Sunday People, Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror have been campaigning for a fair deal for 660,000 victims of the hated bedroom tax. The tax – officially called “under occupancy tax” – means people of a working age in social housing who have a spare bedroom will find housing benefit claims reduced by £40 to £80 a month.
