Welcome

Australia Day Public Holiday closures

All branch libraries will be closed on Sunday 26 January (Australia Day). Branch libraries and the Mobile library will be closed on Monday 27 January (Australia Day gazetted public holiday).

We have 13 branches and a mobile library service, providing access to nearly one million items in regular and large print, audio and electronic formats, as well as free community access to computers, wifi, and community meeting rooms. The libraries offer an exciting program of activities and events designed to inspire, entertain and inform.  We also offer valuable community spaces for you to connect, learn and relax. Membership is available to all Gold Coast residents and ratepayers.
