The M&NT; is served by a board of seven Trustees who give their time freely to help with the running of the organisation and with the development of policies and procedures.

Trustees serve for a period of three years but may continue to serve for further periods if they so wish. When a vacancy arises, it is advertised locally and the new member is chosen by the current board, then formally approved by the Governor.

Currently serving as Trustees are:

Museum Opening Times

High Season (November to End of March)
Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 4.00pm
Weekends: 2.00pm - 4.00pm
Hours may be extended on days when cruise ships are visiting Stanley

Off Season (April to end of October)
Monday to Friday: 9.30am-12.00 noon and 1.30pm - 4.00pm
Weekends: 2.00pm - 4.00pm
