COPENHAGEN, DENMARK – Danish national broadcaster and the EBU decided that votes coming from Crimea will be counted as Ukrainian votes. DR and EBU got a dilemma because of the crisis on Crimea, but the executive supervisor of the EBU Jon Ola Sand says that the votes from Crimea will be Ukrainian.

This is the reason why the votes from Crimea will be Ukrainian even though DR and EBU will not let the crisis effect Eurovision.

Jon Ola Sand says that both the Russian and Ukrainian delegation have had good meeting with the EBU and the crisis has not been a theme of Eurovision so far.
