On the House Floor This Week - 5/5/14

May 5, 2014
Blog

Below is the tentative legislative schedule for the House of Representatives for the week of May 5. The House will be in session Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The legislative calendar is set by the Speaker of the House.

On Sunday, the Washington Post published my op-ed on the failing state of infrastructure in the United States and my bipartisan plan to repair our nation’s roads, highways and bridges. With the federal Highway Trust Fund expected to become insolvent by the end of the year, I’ve called on Congress to take action making critical investments in our infrastructure nationwide.

If you have feedback or questions on any of the legislation we’re voting on this week or my plan to repair transportation, energy and education infrastructure, please contact my office
