Management

Burisma Holdings Limited is the holding company for the Group and is responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s strategy and business plan, optimisation of key business processes, procurement functions, human resources, finance management and all other management decisions and issues that arise within the Group.

Independent Auditors

KMPG Limited, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, were appointed as independent auditors of Burisma Holdings Limited in 2013. The consolidated financial statements of Burisma Holdings Limited for the year ended 31 December 2012 were prepared in accordance with IFRS as adopted by the European Union, and the requirements of the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap 113, and have been audited in accordance with International Standards on Auditing by KPMG Limited.

Independent Consultants

DeGolyer & MacNaughton, leading independent consultants to the petroleum industry, were appointed to audit Burisma’s reserve base in 2012. DeGolyer & MacNaughton have prepared estimates of prospective resource data in accordance with the PRMS’ standards approved by SPE/WPC/AAPG/SPEE.
