Burisma Holdings Limited is the holding company for the Group and is responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s strategy and business plan, optimisation of key business processes, procurement functions, human resources, finance management and all other management decisions and issues that arise within the Group.

Leonid Petukhov

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Petukhov was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Mr. Petukhov spent the previous six years as CEO of Geo-Alliance (Ukrainian E&P player). Prior to that he worked at McKinsey & Company and Baker
& McKenzie. Mr. Petukhov holds a MPA degree from Harvard University. Leonid also graduated from the Russian Federation’s State Finance Academy, the Moscow State Law Academy and INSEAD.

Denis Rudev

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rudev was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Previously he was CFO of Smart Holding. Prior to that Mr. Rudev served as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Moscow. Mr. Rudev holds Masters degrees in Finance from each of the Plekhanov Academy of Economics (Moscow) and the University of Applied Sciences (Wuerzburg, Germany).

Andrey Kicha

Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Kicha, was appointed as Chief Legal Officer in 2007. Mr. Kicha obtained a Ph.D. in law from the National Law Academy of Odesa in civil and international law. He also holds a Master’s degree in jurisprudence from the Interregional Academy of Staff Management, majoring in international investment law.

Taras Burdeinyi

Chief Executive Officer, Ukrainian operations
Mr. Burdeinyi was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Ukrainian Operations in 2009, having spent 15 years in our Group. Mr. Burdeinyi graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a major in economics.

Bogdan Krupskiy

Chief Geologist
Mr. Krupskiy was appointed as our Chief Geologist in 2011. Previously he was head of the geological department of NJSC “Naftogas of Ukraine” where he was responsible for the programme of all geological work in Ukraine. Mr. Krupskiy holds a PhD in geology. He is author of more than 70 publications in the industry, a corresponding member of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy and a member of the Central Commission for Field Development at the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine.

Grigoriy Sushko

Chief Engineer
Mr. Sushko was appointed as Chief Engineer in 2010. Previously Mr. Sushko served as director of “Kharkovgazdobicha”, a gas production subsidiary of NJSC “Naftogas of Ukraine”. Mr. Sushko holds a masters degree in law from The National University of Ukraine and a degree in geology from Ivano-Frankovsk Technical University of Oil and Gas.
