    • The Maryland Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides home weatherization services such as weather stripping, caulking, plastic window covering, etc. for eligible low income customers to help make your home or apartment more fuel efficient and comfortable at no cost to eligible families
     
    • The Alliance to Save Energy offers an online Home Energy Check-up similar to PHI in person Quick Home Energy Check-up that provides instant feedback. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) also offer similar web tools.
