  • Delaware Green Energy Program

    The Delaware Energy Office in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control administers the Green Energy Program, which is available only to customers of Delmarva Power. This program offers grants to reduce the cost of purchasing qualified clean energy equipment for your home or business.

    Delaware Weatherization Program

    The Delaware Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) installs energy efficiency improvements in the homes of low-income persons and households to reduce their energy burden, lower their energy costs and improve their health and safety in the home. The Division of State Services (DSSC) administers the program under contracts with Neighborhood House, Inc., which operates weatherization projects in New Castle County, and First State Community Action Agency, which operate projects in Kent and Sussex Counties.
