Neiman Marcus in Pact For New Cleveland Store CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Neiman Marcus Group, Inc., has signed a letter of intent to open a Neiman's unit in the new mixed-use Tower City Center in Cleveland.
Slated to open in 1992, the Cleveland store will measure 120,000 square feet on three levels. The Dallas-based chain operates 22 units nationally, and intends to open 10 to 12 additional stores by 1995.
Neiman's units are also planned to open in Tysons II shopping center in McLean, Va., in August or September; Denver, in 1990; Minneapolis, in 1991, and Paramus, N.J., in 1991.
Neiman's will be one of the anchors of Tower City along with the 1-million-square-foot Higbee's flagship, which opened in 1931. …
